Contract. Email is our preferred method of contact as it allows us to provide a written trail of all communications and to reply out of office hours.
Cancellation. You have three days to cancel the contract but will be subject to a $75 fee.
Website Design. The website layout will be based on the client’s choice of template. We will provide up to 10 stock images for you to select for use on the pages. We will create a custom shell and brand the website using background colors, font colors and font types.
Content. It is your responsibility to provide all content. Ideally the content should be provided as a word document with no more than one page per service rendered. If the content is received later than 2 weeks after purchase, Seeds will select content & photos and you will be required to change that at yourself or for a small fee to cover our time, we will upload it for you. Any specific images required must also be provided hi-res .jpg or .pdf via email.
Ownership. We grant you non-exclusive use of all material created and designed by us for use in the products created by us under this contract.
Link to us. The Seeds Website link must remain in the footer area of the client's web site and/or ezine or at the bottom right corner of material we design, any photos we take or the end slide of any video. Social media sites must also include Seeds Website link.
Portfolio. We reserve the right to feature your website on our portfolio as displayed on our website. This is good for you since we will also provide a link to your site.
Pricing. Locked in prices until there is a break in coverage, then price goes to the current regular price.
Payment. We request full payment in advance for all services purchased. PayPal payment options on our website, checks need to be paid 14business days in advance before any work will be started. We reserve the right to charge a $35 fee for all NSF or Bad Checks.
